For best results, follow these four steps to signal your brain it’s time to switch off.
Step 1: Shake to Activate: Our formula uses pure, natural essential oils which may settle. Give the glass bottle a gentle shake to blend the botanicals and awaken the scent.
Step 2: The Perfect Mist: Hold the bottle approximately 30cm (12 inches) away from your pillow. Lightly mist your linens, duvet, or even your pyjamas. 
Step 3: The 30-Second Settle Wait 30 seconds before lying down. This allows the essential oil molecules to settle into the fabric and begin releasing their calming aromas.
Step 4: The Deep Inhale Once in bed, close your eyes. Take three slow, deep breaths through your nose. Notice the grounding notes of Vetiver and the soothing Lavender. With every exhale, imagine your body getting heavier.
